Description

No. 19 Church Lane is a cottage dating from the 17th or 18th century. It is constructed from whitewashed and rendered stone, likely granite rubble, with brick elements and a 20th-century tiled roof featuring a rendered stack at the left end. The building has two storeys, with a 2-light casement window above a small 4-light oriel bay, and a part-glazed door to the right. There is a wing at the rear with a brick end stack. On the left side and the left main gable, there are a 2-light window and a 4 1-light window facing the Churchyard of St. Bartholomew. The interior is said to contain beams. This cottage is included for its group value.
