Description
Hilton Fields Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse that has undergone minor alterations. It is constructed of red brick with brick dressings and features a plain tile roof, complete with brick gable stacks and a dentilled eaves band. The building is two storeys high, plus garrets, and consists of two bays. The central entrance has a doorcase with a raised and fielded panelled door, which is sheltered by a 20th-century glazed porch. On either side of the door, there are three-light casement windows with segment heads, and above these, there are two similar windows. Directly above the door, there is a small, square, segment-headed single light window. A late 19th-century addition is located at the rear of the farmhouse.
