Description

Arch View Cottage is a house dating from the early 18th century and 19th century. It is constructed of rubblestone and red brick, topped with a plain tile roof featuring a central brick ridge stack. The building is two storeys high and has angle quoins. The north elevation has two bays, each with two 2-light Yorkshire sashes set under timber lintels; the left-hand sash is located in a blocked doorway. Additionally, there are two tiny single-light windows placed irregularly between the sashes. Above, there are two more 2-light Yorkshire sashes under flat arches. This cottage is listed for its group value only.
