Description
Archway House is a pair of cottages that have been converted into a house. They were built in the early 19th century and have 20th-century additions. The structure is made of red brick and features a hipped Welsh slate roof with a central brick ridge stack. It stands two storeys tall. The south elevation is symmetrical with two bays, each having two glazing bar sash windows on both floors, which are set under wedge stone lintels. The upper windows are smaller than those on the ground floor. The ground floor windows are flanked by doorways that have panelled doors, also under similar wedge stone lintels. There is a large addition to the east that was made in 1984. The building is listed for its group value only.
