Description
32 High Street is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of rubblestone and brick, with a rendered finish. The roof is covered with plain tiles and features two brick ridge stacks. The building has two storeys and a stepped plinth, along with a plain band at the first floor level.
The east elevation has three bays, with an off-centre doorway that is accessed by two steps. The doorway is framed by a moulded wooden doorcase and has a panelled door. There is a 19th-century iron porch. To the right of the doorway, there is a glazing bar sash window set under a flat arch. To the left, there are two similar windows, and above, there are three more similar windows.
A low stone wall topped with iron railings encloses the front garden.
