It is constructed of sandstone rubble that is brought to course, featuring brick facings and a foundation course, topped with a pantile roof. The layout includes a 3-cell baffle entry and an outshut under a catslide roof at the rear. The building has two storeys and four windows on the first floor. The entrance features a 4-panel door set within a timber porch, with two 2-light Yorkshire sash windows to the left and one to the right. On the first floor, there are 2-light Yorkshire sash windows, except for a small inserted casement window between the first and second windows. The house has gable coping, shaped kneelers, and end stacks.
