31 Hindersitch Lane is a cottage dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared gritstone with quoins, features gable end brick stacks, and has a slated roof. The building stands two storeys high and has two bays, with stacked 2-light flush mullioned windows that include glazing bar casements. The plain doorway has a 20th-century panelled door beneath a plain lintel. Notably, the window on the ground floor at the west end has been restored in the 20th century.
