Terrace of 3 houses with railings. 1849-51. Red brick, Flemish bond, slate roof, cast-iron railings. 3 storeys over basement, each house has 3 first-floor windows and entrance left. Stone steps with moulded treads to 4-panel door with overlight in pilastered surround with entablature and cornice. Fenestration: stone sills, continuous sill band to 1st and 2nd floors, slightly cambered rubbed brick arches; sashes with glazing bars, some restored. Truncated stacks forward of ridge, to right of each house. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: railings flanking steps have moulded spearhead finials.
