Description

Brownhill Farmhouse is a cottage that forms part of a farm group and dates from the early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed millstone grit and features a stone slate roof. The cottage is two storeys high. On the south-east elevation, there is a doorway with a deep lintel and chamfered reveals. To the right of the doorway, each floor has one four-light double chamfered stone mullioned window, with a central mullion that is flush. The ground floor window has had its outer mullions removed.
