Description

Town End Farmhouse is a cottage, likely built in the mid-18th century. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and a single-cell, double-depth plan. There is a doorway to the left of a two-light window, which has one of four lights with slightly recessed flat-faced mullions above. The gables are coped and have kneelers, and there are two stacks at the ridge of the left gable. This farmhouse is included for its group value.
