This listing covers three cottages located on the east side of Dean House Lane, near Sowerby Bridge. They were built in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. The cottages are constructed from coursed squared stone, with a watershot finish on the left-hand gable, and have stone slate roofs. Each cottage is two storeys high and one bay wide. The windows have simple stone surrounds, and are mullioned with flat faces. Each cottage features a door to the left of a four-light window, with another four-light window above. There are two ridge stacks. At the rear, each cottage has two-light windows on both floors.
