Wheelhousing for reservoir, 1886. Thomas Hawksley engineer (Wakefield). Rockfaced stone and ashlar. Cylindrical structure with arched doorway with expressed keystone. Heavy ashlar cornice and hemi-spherical dome topped by solid parapet with iron crown. A good example of the masonry traditions of the area.
