Description

The stable block and coach house, located in the yard behind St Peter's Chaplaincy, dates from around 1800. It is a two-storey structure built of stone that resembles brick, topped with a slate roof featuring coped gable ends. The facade has two windows on each side of a central pedimented break, with a dovecote set in the tympanum. Above a segmental voussoir arch that leads to the former coach house, which is now blocked by a window and doorway, there is a bullseye window. The lower gabled coach house is attached to the south side and features a segmental archway.
