Description

No. 14 Claremont is a Grade II listed villa built around 1860, featuring an ashlar facade. The building has five windows on the first floor, with a sill band. The ground floor includes outer canted bays and a central tripartite window, which is topped by a small pediment above the central light. The entrances are marked by engaged column doorways.
