Description
Nos 13 and 15 Claremont are a pair of similar villas built around 1860, located on the north-east side of Claremont. The ground floor features canted bays that are pilastered with Doric entablatures. A central tripartite window on the ground floor has a crest with a circular panel, and carved consoles that support the projecting sill of the first floor central window. The doorways are framed by Doric columns that rise from scroll-supported pedestals and are topped with a full Doric entablature.
