Description

Number 30 Edmund Street is a two-storey sandstone "brick" house built around 1840-1850. It completes the row of houses from Nos 16 to 28, with its main front facing Moreley Street. The house features a bed mould along the frieze of its bracketed eaves cornice. There are three windows on the front, with one being blind to Edmund Street. The main front has tripartite pilastered windows on the ground floor, each topped with cornices. Additionally, there is a tripartite doorway adorned with ornately carved consoles supporting a moulded cornice.
