Description
Number 30 on Little Horton Lane is a two-storey villa built around 1848-1850, constructed from sandstone with a slate roof featuring coped gable ends. The front of the building is symmetrical with three bays, a plinth, a moulded string course, and a projecting eaves cornice. There are corniced chimneys on either side, and quoin pilasters at the corners. The ground floor windows have reveals that extend down to include aprons or riser panels. The central window on the first floor has a panelled architrave surround with roundels at the corners and a cornice above it. The entrance features a porch supported by Doric columns and pilasters, with a full entablature topped by a blocking course. The side elevations have three windows, with an arched window in the gable.
