Description
Nos 9 and 11 Claremont are a pair of villas, likely dating from the same period as Nos 12 and 14 Claremont. They are two-storeys high, built of ashlar stone with a hipped slate roof. The front elevation has five windows per floor, with a sill band running along the first floor. The design incorporates outer canted bays on the ground floor and central rectangular tripartite bay windows. The entrances are distinguished by engaged, slender columns.
