The building has two storeys and is arranged in a symmetrical layout with three bays by three bays, including a rear addition. The central doorway is set within a Doric portico. The ground floor has 12-pane sash windows, which have been altered, with aprons and raised sills, each located in large, shallow segmental-headed recesses. The first floor also has 12-pane sash windows on a sill band. The villa is finished with a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course, and it has a hipped roof. There are additional 12-pane sashes on the left and right returns, featuring raised sills, and a central door is present on the left return. The interior has not been inspected.
