Description
Nos. 420 to 432 (even) form a row of sandstone cottages, built to resemble brick, with stone slate roofs and corniced chimneys. The first section, numbers 420 to 428, was constructed around 1836. Numbers 430 and 432 project slightly and were added somewhat later, between 1836 and 1850. The cottages feature single and two-light square mullion windows set within squared surrounds, and have squared jamb doorways. The buildings are included on the list for their group value.
