Description

This is a circa 1820 row of six, two-storey cottages, numbered 19 to 29, located on Back Field in Thornton. The cottages are built of sandstone that appears like brick. They have stone slate roofs with spaced "dentil" brackets along the eaves. The windows are flush framed, with single and two-light square mullion glazing.
