Description

This is a house located at 17 Pisgah House Road, built in the early 19th century with a late 19th-century bay window. The exterior features textured ashlar stone and a double pitch hipped slate roof, which has two ridge stacks and one side wall stack. The building has a plinth and wooden eaves with modillion detailing. It is two storeys high and has a three-window range consisting of 12-pane sash windows with multi-keystone lintels.

The central entrance is a flat-roofed porch supported by Doric columns, which has modillion eaves and covers a half-glazed door with a patterned overlight. To the left of the porch is a 15-pane sash window with a multi-keystone lintel, and to the right is a canted wooden bay window featuring plain sashes. The left side of the house has two small windows, one above and one below, while the right side has a canted parapeted stone bay window. The interior has not been inspected.
