Description
The steps, terrace wall, and gas lamp at Number 91 Etruria House Hotel were built in 1876 for John Armitage, a manufacturer of decorative fireclay products. The structure features ashlar and fireclay materials. The stone steps are accompanied by low moulded fireclay balustrade walls. At the bottom of the steps stands a cast-iron gas lamp. The low terrace wall has moulded coping and pierced quatrefoils, adorned with three ornamented urns on pedestals. To the right, there is a stone wall with chamfered coping.
