Description
Park House is a house built around 1840, with alterations made in the late 19th century. It is constructed of ashlar and features a hipped slate roof with three ridge stacks and a single side wall coped stone stack. The building has a plinth and a first-floor band.
It stands two storeys high and has a three-window range of 12-pane sash windows. The central section projects and is topped by a pediment. Below this is a single window and a central Greek Doric portico with a cornice, which covers a panelled half-glazed door with an overlight. To the left of the portico is a late 19th-century wooden cross casement window, while to the right is a larger 12-pane sash window.
At the rear, there is a central round-headed cross casement window with a keystone, flanked by single 12-pane sashes. Below this is a corniced wooden porch with a half-glazed door, which is also flanked by single cross casements. The interior has not been inspected.
