Farmhouse. Probably C18, rewindowed early C19. Roughstone sandstone, pantile roof. 2 storeys, 3 windows to 1st floor; partial outshut to rear left. Later hipped roof porch set to left encloses doorway with rusticated ashlar surround and cornice. Flanking windows and that on right have 16-pane sashes in rusticated surrounds. Shorter 1st-floor window with similar surrounds to unequally- hung 12-pane sashes. External end stack on left has offsets; stone end stack on right, rendered ridge stack to right of centre.
