Farmhouse. Late C18. Deeply-coursed, squared limestone, pantile roof. 2 storeys with attics, 3 windows to 1st floor, house now occupies part of farm building range to rear right. Altered ground-floor openings with C20 gabled porch flanked by 2-light casements with glazing bars, projecting sills and plain lintels. 1st floor: original square-faced surrounds to casements with glazing bars of 2, 1 and 2 lights, mullions of outer windows removed. Shaped kneelers, ashlar gable copings. Ashlar end stacks with bands and cornices. Right return: lower range of farm buildings converted to dwellings and partly occupied by Hoades Farmhouse, otherwise not of special interest.
