Description
This is a cartshed located immediately to the southeast of Burrs Farmhouse, dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed from rubble stone and features a pantile roof. The building is single storey with a loft. The gable entry has two tall round-arched openings, which are separated by a square central pier and include imposts and keystones. Above the imposts, the arches are infilled with walling supported by wooden beams. There is a keyed oculus in the gable that has been bricked up. Access to the loft is provided by an internal hatch, which was not inspected. There is a wooden lean-to on the right return, but it is not of special interest.
