Description

67 Holgate Road is a house built in the mid-19th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed of brick and has a slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall. The ground and first floors feature canted bay windows that are sashed with large square panes and have bracketed cornices. On the second floor, there are two glazing bar sashes. To the right, there is a doorcase with panelled pilasters and a bracketed cornice. Above the 20th-century glazed door, there is an overlight divided into two panes. The house has a modillion gutter cornice and shared chimneys on both the left and right sides. The interior has not been inspected.
