Description
Granville House is a house built in the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a slate roof adorned with decorative ridge tiles and a ridge stack at the north end. The building stands three storeys tall and has a moulded eaves cornice. It is designed with three bays. The windows have gauged flat heads, including two ground floor and three first floor 12-pane sash windows, as well as three second floor 6-pane sash windows. The main entrance, located between the first and third bays, is highlighted by a shallow flat canopy, an entablature, fluted pilasters, and a four-panelled door. Additionally, there is a semi-circular headed archway in the third bay that contains a set of 20th-century double doors.
