Mid C19. 2 storeys in yellow brick with Welsh slate roof with ridge tiles and brick stacks at gable ends, Marton Road (rear) elevation has 1 round-arched staircase window and doorway with plain columns, cornice and entablature. Door of 4 panels below ornamental rectangular fanlight. Carved bargeboards to gable end. Scarborough Road elevation has 3 windows with rusticated lintels, hung sashes with glazing bars. 2 windows to ground floor and porch with plain columns and entablature and half-glazed door.
