Description
The buildings at 24, 25A and 25B Market Place have origins in the 17th century. They are a two-storey brick structure, now cement-rendered, topped with a steep pantile roof, cemented stacks, and a wood eaves cornice. The front has three windows, with later hung sash windows featuring glazing bars to the two windows of number 25 on both floors. These windows have painted lintels. There are three modern doors, two of which have rectangular fanlights. Numbers 24, 25A, 25B, 26 and 27 form a group.
