Description
18 Market Place is a building with early 18th century origins. It has two storeys and is rendered, featuring a new pantile roof with brick stacks at the gable ends. The building has two windows on the upper floor, which are hung sashes with glazing bars. On the ground floor, there is one window, also a hung sash with glazing bars, alongside a canted bay that does not have glazing bars. A modern door is located beneath a three-light rectangular fanlight. This building is part of a group that includes No 5, Nos 7 to 10 in sequence, Nos 12 to 23 in sequence, and No 23A, with No 5 being of local interest.
