Description

No. 4 Bilton Road is an early 19th-century building, dating from before 1849. It is constructed of yellow brick and features a hipped roof covered with Welsh slate, complete with an eaves cornice. The building stands three storeys tall and has a plinth and angle pilasters. There are three sash windows, each with glazing bars, positioned beneath stucco rusticated lintels and keyblocks. The entrance consists of a five-panelled door, with two flush panels, and a rectangular fanlight that has geometrical glazing bars. This door is set within a recessed porch that is framed by an archivolt on stucco Doric pilasters.
