Description

This early 19th-century building on Warwick Street is similar in style to number 23 but taller. It is constructed of yellow brick with a Welsh slate roof featuring a bracketed cornice. The building is three storeys high and has three sash windows. The outer windows on the second floor are two-light sashes, while all the windows are set within stucco keyblocks and lintels. A Doric stucco porch extends from the front, topped with a blocking course above the entablature.
