Percival Guildhouse is a mid-19th century building featuring stone-dressed red brick and a gabled roof covered with Welsh slate. It stands two storeys tall with attics and has a band at the first floor. The building includes sash windows that are adorned with stone mullions and transoms. On the east side of the ground floor wall, there is a plaque commemorating the residence of M. H. Bloxam, an antiquary who lived from 1805 to 1888.
