Description

No 1 Bilton Road is an early 19th-century building constructed of yellow brick with a Welsh slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features three sash windows that have glazing bars, all set beneath stucco lintels and cornices. The façade is complemented by plain brick pilasters that extend the full height of the building. No 1 is part of a group with Nos 16 to 19 Warwick Street.
