3 houses. 1898. By Wilson and Talbot. Brick with plaster 1st floor with some tile-hanging, tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, 1st 2 bays break forward with gambrel gable and flanking canopied entrances. Cornice over ground floor, gable is tile-hung with plaster apex and tile hanging to left. Windows have leaded casements, some decorative glazing, those to ground floor of 4-lights with cornices. 1st floor has 3-light windows, that to 3rd bay gablet. Entrances have canopies that to 1st bay swept out from tile- hanging, 3-panel doors with leaded lights. 2 cross-axial stacks. Decorative rainwater head. Rear similar, plaster 1st floor, dormers, privies.
