Description

This is a house, likely dating to the later 18th century, and altered since. It is constructed with whitewashed brick, with the right-hand gable rebuilt in common brick, and has a slate roof. The house has a one-and-a-half depth, one-unit plan, with a lean-to extension at the right-hand end.

The exterior presents a two-storey, single-window front. A square-headed doorway is located to the left, and there is a square two-light casement window on each floor, alongside a similar but slightly smaller window in the lean-to. A gable chimney is situated on the left side. The rear features a single-storey section and a carried-down roof.

The interior was not inspected. The house forms a group with numbers 6 to 10 to the left and number 2 Moss Lane to the right.
