Description

Valley House is a 17th-century house with alterations, located on the east side of Aintree Valley Close. The house is constructed of brick with stone dressings, and has a slate roof. It is two storeys high, with two bays, the second bay projecting under a gable. Five-light double-chamfered mullioned windows are present, featuring hollow chamfered mullions, label moulds, and leaded glazing. An entrance is located within a porch on the left return, which has a lean-to roof. Two stacks are visible; one to the rear and one lateral stack on the right return. A rear extension, partly of stone, is present and incorporates 20th-century small-paned casement windows.
