Description

Nos. 1 and 2 Mill Square is a farmhouse that has been converted into two houses. A date stone on the building reads "JTE/1765". The structure is made of brick and features a stone slate roof. It is two storeys high and has three bays, with the end bay being a 20th-century addition. The windows are fitted with three-light horizontally sliding sashes, while the end bay has small-paned casements. There is a 20th-century porch with a window above and to the left. The building has three gable-end stacks, with one located at the left end and two at the original right end. The rear of the building has ground floor windows with brick flat arches and was originally the front of the house. A datestone is visible on the first floor.
