To rear of No 27 Castle Street (q.v.) of same build. Office building. 1840's. Stucco. 3 storeys with basement, and attic storey to 1st bay, 10 bays. String course over ground floor, sill bands and cornice. All windows sashed with some glazing bars. Blocked entrance in 1st bay replaced by window. Entrance in 7th and 8th bays with flanking windows, flat pilasters and entablature. Steps to entrance and blocked entrance. Plain iron area railings.
