Description

No. 9 Union Court is an office building dating from the 1840s. It is constructed of stucco and has four storeys with three bays. The building features sill bands and an open pediment. All windows are sashed with glazing bars, with the central windows being wider than those on the sides. The windows on the first and second floors have architraves. There are entrances on both sides, with the entrance on the left having a round head.
