Description

No. 4 Victoria Street is a building dating from around 1800, with some later alterations. It is constructed of engraved stucco and has three storeys. The façade features three sash windows, each with single glazing bars. The entrance is highlighted by a moulded wood pilaster doorcase that includes panelled reveals, a rectangular fanlight, an open pediment, and a door with six shaped panels. The building has plain eaves and is roofed with slates.
