Description
Nos 31 and 33 Market Place is a shop and offices building from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick with stucco dressings and has a slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall and features four bays. The ground floor has a late 20th-century shop front. The facade includes a cornice and flanking pilasters. The upper storeys are adorned with sashed windows that have glazing bars, projecting sills, and stucco lintels with chamfered false voussoirs. The lintels on the first floor also have projecting keystones. There are chimneys at both ends of the building.
