GV II Office and laundry 1887-9. Charles Lancaster. Common brick with red brick and stone dressings, slate roof with tile cresting. One storey, 2 bays with rear range. Flush sill and lintel bands. 1st bay has gable with diapering and canted bay window with hipped slate roof. Porch to left has entrance with quoins. 2nd bay has C20 front. Rear range has glazed clerestory gable has lunette. Chimney to rear.
