Description
This is a house from the 18th century located at 354 West Derby Road. The ground floor and the right side of the house are made of stone rubble, while the first floor is constructed from brick with stone quoins. The building has two storeys and features two bays. The windows are three-light sliding sashes, with the ground floor windows having segmental heads. There is a later blocked entrance on the left side. The house has a wooden gutter and two brick chimney stacks, one at the right end and the other centrally located and cross-axial. On the right side, there are signs of two blocked windows on the first floor.
