Description

This is a house located at 45 High Street, built in the mid-18th century. It is constructed of rubble with a stone slate roof and has two storeys and one bay. The right side features quoins. On the left, there is a part-glazed six-panel door set in a raised ashlar surround with parallel tooling. The house has 16-pane sash windows made with crown glass, which have projecting sills and wedge lintels. To the right, there is a shaped kneeler and ashlar coping, and an end stack is positioned on the right side of the building.
