Description
No 30 High Street is a house dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is built of coursed rubble and features a pantile roof with stone slates at the eaves. The building has two storeys and two first-floor windows. There is a plinth and quoins on the left side. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with a two-pane overlight, all set within an ashlar surround that has parallel tooling and splayed bases. To the left of the main door, there is another six-panel passage door in a chamfered ashlar surround. The windows are four-pane sashes with projecting sills and deep lintels. A shaped kneeler is present on the left side of the building.
