Description
New Laith Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 17th century, although it has been significantly altered over time. The building is constructed of rubble and has a stone-washed finish, topped with a stone slate roof.
On the ground floor, there is a single light window that has been modified from an 18th-century door, along with a three-light window from which all the mullions have been removed, and a four-light window of a similar style. Additionally, there is a window that has been inserted into a 17th-century doorway. The first floor features two plain windows, both of which have been altered, and there is a stair window located at the rear of the house. The farmhouse has a gable stack. It is included in the listing for its group value context.
