Description

Dent Cottage and Yeoman Hey are a pair of late 18th-century cottages built back to back. They are constructed of stone with a stone slate roof, stone coping, kneelers, and gutter corbels. The cottages are three storeys high. A doorway has been walled up on the left side, featuring a triangular hood and a window inserted above. A single two-light sash window is located on the right side of the front. A five-light stone mullion window is present on the first and second floors, with the second-floor window being of a lesser height. A two-storied section of little architectural interest adjoins the right side of the building.
